Struggling to find

Your life’s meaning

So I sent My Son

To die for you

So You could live

In His life anew

My Spirit living in

Becoming one

With Myself and My Son

Jesus:

Your new heart and My heart

They beat as one

Now I live in You

And we’ve become One

One with My love, peace and joy

One with My thoughts and will

Filled with My Holiness

And My faith to do God’s will

.

Your new spirit and My Spirit

They dance together as one

Now I live in you

And we’ve become One

Filled with His Presence

Filled with His power

Filled with His resurrection life

Sealed into My Spirit you are my bride!

.

My temple is in you

As I make your heart my home

I rule in and through you

Now we are one

Your words have the power

Of My authority and throne

For we loose and bind together

As co-rulers, Sons of God

.

My Kingdom is yours too

Now we are One

All it’s blessings and powers

Are yours to claim and use

To show others My kingdom

To show others My love

To heal and save this world

To bring My children home

(Meditation on Romans 6:3-6, 8-11)

Jesus:

Come live in your new life with Me

In a heavenly unity

Leave behind the past

All it’s sorrows and trials

Leave behind all unholy desires

They all died with Me on the cross

And embrace your new and holy life

One with Me for eternity!

.

Me:

So I left all my old life in Jesus grave

And received Jesus new life, renewed each day

To be One with You Lord in holy unity

Is my heart’s desire for eternity!

.

Jesus:

Come dance with Me across the stars

Let Your Spirit soar now it is One with Ours

Let me dress you in the purest light

Live in My Joy my beautiful bride!

There is nothing you could do or say

To earn My love or break it’s sway

I gave it freely on the cross

The joy of loving you was worth the cost!

.

Me:

So I set my spirit free to soar

As One with Jesus through heaven’s door

Arrayed in His pure light

Living in His joy, day and night

.

Jesus:

Come dance with Me in heaven’s gardens

Breath in the perfume of the flowers

Drink the water flowing there

Feel the breeze caress your hair

This is your home now you are mine

This is your place to rest and abide

Your heart’s My kingdom and My throne

All that’s mine is yours now we are One!

.

Me:

So I danced with Jesus through heaven’s flowers

Breathed the perfume, drank of living waters

Rested in my heavenly home

Rejoiced that my heart was Jesus’ throne

.

Jesus:

Come breath with Me in unity

Breathing in My resurrection life

Your body, heart, mind and spirit renewed

Filled with My Spirit’s Presence and might

Let My Glory be Yours

A garment of light

My righteousness in you

This world’s shining light!

.

Me:

So I breathed in Jesus resurrection life

Filled with the Holy Spirit’s Presence and might

Renewed in His Glory, wrapped in light

Reborn and filled with Jesus righteousness

.

Jesus:

Come sing with Me of your soul’s delight

Let Our love song fill the sky with light

With music of heaven’s delight

As heaven’s choirs join our song’s flight

The earth’s substance, rocks and stones

Our love song will re-sound

And the trees of the forests will applaud

As they dance and sway in Our delight

.

Me:

So I sang to Jesus, my souls delight

His song entwined mine, brought the heaven’s alive

The music filled the sky with light

And the earth rejoiced in our delight

.

Jesus:

Come My Love live as One with me

Our souls together in heavenly harmony

All creation waits for this holy day

Groans and cries out for heaven’s way

To be restored in your heart

And lived each day

My Glory shining forever bright

As this earth is remade in love

.

Me:

Oh yes Lord Jesus let me be

One with You today in heavenly harmony

Your Glory shining bright though me

Your love my power for eternity!

As the waves of ocean

Roll in relentlessly

Carving the land

Shaping it for all to see

So My love embraces you

Relentlessly each day

To wash away sin’s damage

And bring in My Kingdom’s way

.

As a potter moulds his clay

To make it go a certain way

To make the shape he imagines

A thing of beauty to create

So My hand is on you

And Your life is in My sway

For You are My creation

And Your beauty My heart’s joy

.

Just as a good parent

With joy receives a child

In love a home provides

And all they need to grow

So I’ve rejoiced over you

Since before you were born

Planned for your re-birth

So My Kingdom is your home

.

Just as the sun is bright

And each day shines

To light your way

Through this world’s paths

So My love for you

Lights the way to My heart

So you can be with Me

Be My Kingdom child

.

(A meditation on Rom. 6:18)

.

God’s perfect righteousness

Lives in me

His name is Jesus

And He’s set me free

Reconciling every part of me

To be One with God

For eternity

.

My heart’s no longer

Simply mine

It belongs to Jesus

It is His home

His Glory filling

Every corner of me

With His eternal life

Love, joy and peace

.

My spirit is joined

To God’s Holy Spirit

Sealed as His Son

Through Jesus’ merit

God’s law of love

He empowers in me

Righteous living

For eternity

.

My mind is

With Jesus mind renewed

To think like Him

To love the world

Forgiveness and joy

Love and peace

My governing thoughts

His righteousness

.

My body’s healed

Restored, renewed

Jesus all my

Punishment received

His righteousness

Now given to me

From Satan’s hold

Has set me free

.

God’s perfect righteousness

Lives in me

His name is Jesus

And He’s set me free

Reconciling every part of me

To be One with God

For eternity

Jesus:

Partake of My peace, My rest, My Love

Let Me become One with Your essence

Your fears, hurts and hatreds

Died with Me on the cross

Forgiveness and healing are Your new life’s lot

And a permanent place, with Me here by God

.

Me:

Fill me with Your Peace, Your rest, My Lord

I so love that I’m one with Your essence

My fears, hurts and hatreds I gladly leave in Your grave

Your forgiveness, and healing I receive today

As I seek to live from Your Kingdom’s sway

.

Jesus:

Rest in the home I have given to you

Where love and acceptance wrap around you

Feel your place in My arms

Know Our place at God’s side

My Kingdom is yours My eternal bride

You live forever, now, at My side

.

Me:

I receive and rest in my new heavenly home

And Your embracing love and acceptance My Lord

Deeply honoured to be at Yours and God’s side

Receiving Your Kingdom as Your eternal Bride

.

Jesus:

Rest in the flow of My Spirit in you

Let Him heal and wash and make you anew

The past is all paid for,

And future sins too

My peace is eternal and I live in you

My peace is complete, every day new

.

Me:

I rest in the flow of Your Spirit in me

Receive cleansing and healing so I am renewed

Knowing all is covered by Your sacrifice

Your presence in me giving me complete peace

.

Jesus:

My peace is a well, living in you

To share with this world till all is renewed

Let forgiveness and healing

Like a river flow through

So this world knows My peace

Because I live in you

.

Me:

I receive Your peace in it’s fullness and flow

Let it fill my life and overflow

So all may see and all may know

That Your Presence is peace eternally

Through what Jesus has done for you

Whose Presence to you, I impart

You now have perfect access

Into My marvellous kindness

A perfect relationship with Me

Your loving Papa God

Let joy burst forth within you

As you celebrate

Experiencing My Glory

Even in times of trouble

Have joyful confidence

Knowing that these pressures

Produce patient endurance

Refining and proving your character

My response:

Papa God I receive Your righteousness

Giving me lasting, true peace with You

A perfect relationship with You

And rejoice in receiving Your Glory

I receive the endless flow of Your love

Cascading into my heart

I welcome Your Holy Spirit in me

As these gifts He imparts

Make the flow of Your love into me

Evident through all my trials

Give me joyful confidence

Hope in You that never fails

So I live Your righteousness

In Your Glory spend my days
