Make a playlist of the songs or music that speak to you of the joy of Jesus’ Presence and use it daily in your worship time and any other time it is convenient.

Write or draw all the things about Jesus that give you joy.

Write or draw one or more of your experiences of God/Jesus presence.

Sit quietly and remember one of your experiences of God/Jesus/Holy Spirit’s Presence reliving it in as much detail as you can remember.
