You Wrap Me In Your Glory

“Then he broke through and transformed all my wailing into a whirling dance of ecstatic praise! He has torn the veil and lifted from me the sad heaviness of mourning. He wrapped me in the glory garments of gladness. How could I be silent when it’s time to praise you? Now my heart sings out loud, bursting with joy— a bliss inside that keeps me singing, “I can never thank you enough!”” Psalms 30:11-12 TPT

In Your Presence Lord
Sadness cannot linger
Grief loses it’s hold
For Your Glory is greater
For

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

There are many ways
In which this world brings me sorrow
Man’s inhumanity to man
Cast’s a gloomy shadow
But

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

There are days of grief
Where sorrow could overwhelm me
Friends or family lost
Dreams and hopes come to zero
But

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

There are days of sickness
Where I cannot see the light
My hope for tomorrow
Obscured in the fight
But

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

In all of my troubles
Your Presence never leaves me
You are my hiding place
Where I find hope and healing
For

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

I want to take this gift
Of Your glory and gladness
And live in it always
Rejoicing in Your Presence
For

You wrap me in Your Glory
Your garment of gladness
In Your Presence is pure joy
And with praise I embrace it!

I can never thank You
Thank You enough!
I can never thank You
Thank You enough!
