As dawn breaks

In the garden of my heart

I wake

Embraced in Your arms

For You kept me safe Jesus

Through the night

.

As the morning sun

Lights up my work and life

You go with me

Always by my side

Your faithful Presence

Lighting up my path

.

When I stop to eat

l see what’s on my plate

The food You have provided

With Your sustaining word

Your blessings flow to me

As I lean upon Your frame

.

In the evening light

In the cool of the day

We fellowship sweetly

Sharing life’s way

And Your friendship surrounds me

Your joy is my mainstay

.

As night closes in

And daylight falls away

Your Presence in my heart

Brings Your peaceful way

And I rest in Your arms Jesus

Knowing I am safe.

By Your eternal power

Soaked in Your Joyful songs

I celebrate

All gloom is swept away

As in Your Joy I overflow

In the river of Your Presence Jesus

I’m made whole

One with You

For eternity.

Once I was broken

Covered in sin and shame

Doomed to die, slated to fail

I felt unwanted and unloved

But Your Love Lord God

It never gives up

You sought me out

You raised me up

.

And now I’m worthy

Worthy to be Your Son

Jesus death and resurrection

Show my value in Your heart

On the cross He took my brokenness

All my sin and shame

Took it into the grave

It is dead, gone away

When He rose from the grave

He lifted me up too

Gave me His eternal life

Made me One with You

.

Now I’m holy, righteous

As worthy as Your Son

For His amazing sacrifice

Has made us both One

His Glory and Presence

They fill my life

For His indwelling Spirit

Is also now mine

.

Your Presence abides in me

Giving me new life

And now I’m worthy

Worthy to be Your Son

Making me right with God

Filling my body to bring me eternal life

Enabling me to overcome

With joy and peace and love

For we are One in Your Love

So Your Presence never goes

Once I thought I was just one

With no one by my side

I counted on my strength alone

My hurts hidden by pride

Then You showed Your love to me

Filled me with Your loving light

Healed my wounds

Gave me Your strength

Brought me out of my dark night

Hugged me day and night

Spoke words of encouragement

That sealed me in Your loving light.

Now I know I’m not just one

For You’re always by my side

And in Your strength I daily walk

When Israel in the wilderness

Were made sick by snakes

God gave them a reminder

Of His healing grace

.

A brass serpent on a pole

Was raised in their sight

When bitten by a snake

Looking to it healed the bite

.

Look to the serpent on the pole God said

Whenever you are ill from a serpent bite

You will be healed, made whole again

You will find I Am faithful to my Word.

.

Because of mankind’s rebellion

Sin and sickness plague this world

But Gods given us a gift

Of His healing Grace

.

His Beloved Son, Jesus

Was raised in our sight

Crucified on our behalf

Then raised to eternal life

.

Look to my Son on the cross God says

When Satan, sin and sickness plague your life

You’ll be healed, made whole again

You will find I Am faithful to my Word

.

In Jesus death and resurrection

We have a great exchange

Our sin for His holiness

Our sadness for His joyfulness

Our sickness for His healthiness

Our death for His eternalness
