“The Son is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendor, the exact expression of God’s true nature—his mirror image! He holds the universe together and expands it by the mighty power of his spoken word. He accomplished for us the complete cleansing of sins, and then took his seat on the highest throne at the right hand of the majestic One.” (Hebrews 1:3 TPT)
“For he [Christ] died for us, sacrificing himself to make us holy and pure, cleansing us through the showering of the pure water of the Word of God.” (Ephesians 5:25b-26 TPT)
Cleansing declaration prayer:
Lord Jesus
Pure Word of God
Your Presence
Your Spirit river
Cascading over me
Pouring into me
Flowing through me
Cleanses me from ALL sin
Fills me with Your Presence
Makes me clean and whole again
All the thoughts
All the deeds
All the consequences of my and others sin
Washed away
And I am new
Reborn in You
Holy and pure in My loving King
Feel your cleansing:
When you have a shower or bath, use the time of washing to thank Jesus that He has cleansed you from ALL sin.
When you wash your hands, use the time of washing to thank Jesus that He has cleansed you from ALL sin.
If you go for a swim, use the time of swimming to thank Jesus that He has cleansed you from ALL sin.
If you spend time bathing in light or sun, use the time to thank Jesus that He has cleansed you from ALL sin.
When you drink, use the time of drinking to thank Jesus that He has cleansed you, inside and out, from ALL sin.
See your cleansing:
Use a water soluble pen to write all the sins the Holy Spirit reveals to you.
Put the paper in water.
As you watch the list dissolve in the water praise and thank Jesus He has washed them all away.
Hear your cleansing:
Daily declare out loud: The Son is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendor, the exact expression of God’s true nature—his mirror image! He holds the universe together and expands it by the mighty power of his spoken word. He accomplished for me the complete cleansing of all my sins, and then took his seat on the highest throne at the right hand of the majestic One. For He died for me, sacrificing himself to make me holy and pure, cleansing me through the showering of the pure water of the Word of God.
Or
Make a recording of the above and play it to yourself daily.
Imagine your cleansing:
Make a picture or collage that shows you standing in the cleansing waterfall of Jesus’ Presence. Look at it daily.
Write a poem or short story or song describing your cleansing from sin by Jesus. For example your own version of the woman at the well where you are the woman. Dwell on it daily.
