Your Justice Lord God

Is seen on the cross

Where Your Son died to pay

Our sins’ cost

He took the burden

Paid for us to go freely

Into Your kingdom

As Your Sons eternally

When I dwell on the ways

I have strayed from Your paths

I can feel so unworthy

To be called God’s child

But you tell me, “Don’t worry,

That you died on the cross

Live from your new life

Jesus made you one with Us”

Your Justice Lord God

Where Your Son died to pay

Our sins’ cost

He took the burden

Paid for us to go freely

Into Your kingdom

As Your Sons eternally

I’ve been sinned against

I can feel so mistreated

Justified in my offence

But you tell me, “Don’t worry,

Jesus died for that on the cross

Live from your new life

Jesus made you one with Us”

I can feel so judgemental

Justified to condemn
